About Us
Shaping students into successful lifes!
Real Life Learning Center is a Christian private school that teaches students the knowledge, skills, values, and habits that are necessary for them to be successful, responsible, and productive Christians in a diverse society.
Our school is located in Somerville, Massachusetts, a multicultural and diverse city. Our purpose is to develop Christ-like characteristics such as perseverance, wisdom, and vision.
We are committed, with the assistance of our teachers and administrators, to help our students achieve success in both college and life by instilling in them a solid foundation of Christian faith, rigorous academics, and fundamental values like honesty, respect, and compassion.

Message from our Director Karis Morales
Real Life Learning Center was established by Vida Real Church (Real Life), a congregation that is predominantly made up of Hispanic immigrants and that was successful in establishing a Christian private school that serves students in kindergarten through Ninth grade.
We planned to open the first learning center since September 2021. However, the school board in Somerville, Massachusetts, denied our request to let a local church run a religious school because of our core beliefs as Christians.
We were able to establish RLLC in 2023 with the assistance of the Massachusetts Family Institute (MFI) and the First Liberty Institute, and now we are able to instruct with God as the focal point of our education.

Real Life School Values
At RLLC, we blend traditional values with innovative teaching methods, including Montessori, Project-Based Learning, Mastery-Based Learning, and Reinforcement Learning, which is the science of decision-making. We use the A.C.E Curriculum as the backbone of our academic development, having more than 50 years of academic recognition.

Christ is the foundation of everything we do. Our students are exposed to the Bible and the presence of the Holy Spirit daily, through dedicated time for chapel and materials that foster a love for learning, instilling Christian principles, our students grow in their walk with God, while we guide them on a journey of love for God, faith, and community. |
